Suggest Names in "To: " Field is not working

I am using Outlook 2002. Under the advanced e-mail
options the box to Suggest names is checked.

The feature had previously worked(as of 7 days ago).

ANy help would be appreciated.

That usually means you reset your autoname completion cache and it needs to
be repopulated. See if it works again after you send several messages.
So far autocompletion hasn't been reported to stop working for no reason.
Perhaps you have some clue. Something must have changed.
