Suddenly I'm Getting "Uninstall Webshots"

When I start my Windows 2000 computer, a button appears at
the bottom of the screen that says "Uninstall Webshots".
At the same time a small dialog box appears that
says "Webshots Not Found". I have deleted all jpeg and
bitmap images from my computer but the button and dialog
box reappear every time I open or restart the computer.

1) Why am I getting this?

2) How can I stop this?

If you wanted to crosspost you should enter all addresses in 'to', rather
