Suddenly can't connect

T

Tom

I was working on a machine through RDC when it suddenlty
froze. I could not get back in so I called the office and
had them restart the machine. I still can't get in and I
continue to get the error message:
"The client could not connect to the remote computer.
Remote connections might not be enabled or the remote
computer might be too busy..."
I am able to connect to that computer by RDC through
another computer here in my home so it seems the problem
is with my computer rather than the remote unit.
Does anyone know what might cause this and how to fix it?
I have rebooted several times but to no avail.
Thanks in advance.
Tom

Typically if you have connection problems like you describe, the
problems are at the "server" side... Is there anyone at your office
who may be able to troubleshoot there?
