Sudden Massive Memory Leaks

After about 15 or 20 minutes after boot up, most Background processes

suddenly show a massive increase in the amount of memory they hoard.

Can be observed, when you go to Task Manager/Processes/Mem Usage.

The machine slows down, and the Page File Usage increases proportionally.

Those memory leaks are not confined to one process, but are General.

Any Idea anybody?
