Sucking Data into Front End Template

I've worked as a DBA for several of the industrial-strength databases
for quite a while and have just inherited an Access database. I've been
able to figure out most things just because of its general intuitive
design. have just created a data feed to pump calendar data into a
table to enhance the exisiting system. Since my calendar data is not
static, I was looking for a way to materialize it on demand into a nice
traditional calendar template. I found some great template online
examples for Excel, Word, and Visio.

Is using one of these templates as the front end the correct approach
to materializing my data, or is there a preferred way of doing this in
Access that I haven't found yet?
