Subtotal

I have a list of names which I've subtotalled by region (using Data-Subtotals) . Now that I have new regions to add to the list, is there a way for the subtotal to update itself to include these regions without having to remove all the subtotal and do it all over again.

AFAIK you have to re-create the subtotals. you may record a macro while
doing this so for further additions you just can invoke this macro

You may want to consider a pivottable with a dynamic range to adjust to
additional entries.

And then you'd only have to refresh the pivottable to see your new results.
