Substitute New value

I have one table of companies and their current plan codes. Some plan codes
are discountinued so I have another table with the Discountinued Plan code
and the associated Replacement Plan code.

I would like to run a query to produce the Company and their plan code. If
the plan code is discontinued I would like to replace it with the Replacement
code in my secondary table.

My IIF statement is giving me errors so I thought I would ask for help.

Why don't you show your IIF statement?
It would also help to show the names of the two tables, along with the names
of the relavant fields involved.
