Substitute different text for "> -----Original Message-----"

I've noticed other folks (different email clients?) often quote
original email w/ something like:

=======================================
On MM/DD/YY @ HH:MM John Doe wrote:"
blah blah blah...
=======================================

OL2K simply puts:

=======================================
-----Original Message-----

blah blah blah...
=======================================

Any way I can put a message at the top that says something like "John
Doe wrote:..."? I have OL2K. Am looking to upgrade to either OL02 or
03 if that helps. Thanks!
