Text of original message not included in the reply

I have my Outlook 2003 set up to include original message text when replying
to a message. This generally works, but from time to time, it only includes
the message header from the original text. While I'm not completely
positive, it appears that this occurs when replying to messages originally
sent from Lotus Notes accounts.

This is a bit of a problem as people I copy cannot see the original message.
Kind of like listening to one half of a telephone conversation! Anyway,
does anyone know a work-around for this problem? I would very much be
interested in trying any ideas.

We are having the same problem, primarily with a few folks sending use emails
from a Lotus Notes based domain. I just found a link that suggests it is a
