Subreport position

I have a report with 6 subreports in the details section. The last
subreport has a nasty habit of printing the headings at the bottom of
the first page and the details on the second page. I have the
subreport putting the headings on the second page, but I can't seem
to get the heading not to print on the first page. i have tried
using various controls top property in various OnFormat events to no
avail. What am i doing wrong or how can I get the heading not to
print.
 
In the section where you want it to go to the next page, right click and
change the forcenewpage property to before or after section, whichever you
need.
