Subreports Separating to Different Pages When Printing

I have four subreports, each based on a different query; the main report is
unbound and serves as a container for the subreports. The subreports look
fine in Design or Layout View (after two weeks of fiddling) but when I go to
Print Preview, the fourth subreport either jumps to a new page or fails to
display anything (the first three behave normally). After searching this
problem on this forum and reviewing various suggestions for what looked like
related problems, I (1) set Can Shrink and Can Grow properties to Yes for the
sub- and main reports, (2) brought the Width property of all four and the
main report down to 6" (well within the two 0.5" margins for 8 ½ paper), and
set Keep Together (wherever I could find it) to No. In this last connection,
I have had trouble finding this property
As I said, the fourth subreport originally moved to a separate page, both
when I print and in Print Preview. I changed something (I'm not sure what)
and while the border of the fourth subreport still appears, the summary
information of its footer has disappeared.
Finally, I don't know if it is significant, but the four subreports are
sequentially place in the Detail portion of the main report.
Any suggestions? Many Thanks.

I had the same problem. I was using a sub-report and it was previewing fine but printing on a separate page. I removed the page header/footer and the problem was solved.

Hope this helps!
