Subreport data only prints on first page

Access 2003: My report is based on a joined query of two tables. The report
is a notification letter with subreport of related items. The report runs
fine on page one but all subsequent pages show only mailing information and
no subreport. I have a form running for daily work based on the same
principles where joins are working fine, but not on this report?
 
Is the subreport in the body of the report or located in a header?
