Subject line text does not wrap when printing calendar

Normally when printing calendar in either work week, week, or montly view,
the subject line text would wrap if there were too many characters in one
line. Now it is truncating the text and only printing the first line...it
does leave a few blank lines where the wrapped text would have been though.
??? Im using Outlook 2003 on a Win XP machine. I use colors also to
label/highlight specific appointments.

Not with Outlook's built-in print styles. You might want to take a look at
some free Word templates that use your Outlook calendar data to create a
calendar in Word, which you can then customize to your liking. I personally
use "My Outlook Calendar" and am very pleased with it. Links to these
templates can be found here:

Thanks for the tip. I tried the template but I'm looking to use the calendar
printing feature in Outlook instead. Outlook was word wrapping the text
until a week ago. I'd rather try to figure out what has changed so that I
can resume printing the way I had before. Does Outlook use some kind of
template that can be edited to word wrap the subject line? It seems like it
is word wrapping since it jumps down a couple of blank lines where the text
should have been but then just leaves it blank and then prints the first line
of the next appointment and does the same.
