Subject line spells in French, text body in English

I use OL2003, English version, VISTA. When checking spelling using English US
("on line" in the body, at send in subject line), subject line is checked
using French. How to force OL to use English for subject line?

If you go to Tools - Options - Spelling, under International Dictionaries,
what is currently selected?
