Subject line in Outlook

Does anyone know if there is a way to force a subject line sent to a specific
address in Outlook? For example, I want all e-mails sent to our helpdesk to
have the subject "Please open a new ticket". Is there a way to force this in
Outlook?

Create a FORM and just edit the Subject line, email address and anything else
you like.
Now everytime you want to send that email Click on New > Choose Form
Or create a MACRO to help speed opening the FOrm you want to use.
Look in the help files for "About using Macros to Automate tasks".
