Hello is there anyway that if you have a subform within a form set to
continuous and have many subform records that need coming back to to stop all
the values to the same

Eg If there is 1 Main form record and 15 subform records,if the colour on
one of the subform records needs to be green not to change the 15 to green

It depends on your version of Access. With Access2002 or later - maybe
with 2000, I don't remember - you can open the form in design view and
select "Conditional Formatting" from the Format menu option. This
requires that there be something *in* the records displayed on the
subform to specify the condition (i.e. you can set a record to green
if the value in a field is positive, or to red if it's negative).
