Hello, i have a Form and Subform, but with two Record Navigation Bars.
Could someone please tell me how to remove one of the Record Navigation
Bars???

You have one nav bar for the form, and one for the subform. You can
remove either or both by setting the Navigation Buttons property of that
form. That property is on the Format tab of the form's property sheet
in design view. Be aware that, with the subform, you have to get to the
properties of the form object that is being displayed in the subform
"window".
