Subform only displays one record

HELP!!!
I have several data input forms each for a separate table. My database is
fairly simnple with minimal queries and relationships. My users want subforms
in datasheetview on each form. They want to be able to input in the form or
in the datasheetview subform and be able to copy and paste from excel into
the datasheet subform. And be able to sort and seach the data in the subform.

What is and is not possible here?
Should I create separate forms for these functions?

I created a subform in the first data entry form but it only displays the
one record that is in the data input form.

How can I fix that?

Try setting the Default View in Properties to Continuous Forms.
