I developed a database with a many-to-many relationship
of projects and organizations, plus a linking table.
Thus, a project can have many organizations and an
organization can have many projects. The project main
form has a subform with a lookup field for adding
multiple organizations and the organization main form has
a subform listing all projects for each organization. I
placed a button in the project subform (in the
Organization main form) that opens the project form
filtered for that project and it works fine. However, I
have other many-to-many subforms in the project form and
the subform data is missing when the project form is
opened to a filtered record. If you remove the filter and
find the record, the subform data is visible. Is there a
way to ensure the subform data stays visible when the
main form opens on a filtered record? Refresh doesn't
work.
