subform border

Is it possible to remove the border that Access creates around my subform?
The default makes the subform look like it has a "shadow" or "sunken" border.
I want no border.

My subform is in single form view and I've removed the navigation buttons,
record selector, and scroll bar but can't seem to get rid of the border.

All help is much appreciated. Thanks.

Go into the subform in Design View, right-click on the top'left square where
the rulers meet, and go into Properties. On the Format tab, find Border Style
and set that to None.
Hope that helps

On your main form in design view, select the subform control. The open the
properties dialog. Select the Format tab.
Set Special Effects to Flat
Set Border Style to Transparent

First off, I have Access 2003

CW,
the border style property changes the "blue border" that the form displays
when you open it as it's own form (but has no affect when the form is a
subform)

Klatuu,
I can't find a "special effects" property in the format tab or anywhere else
in the property box for the subform.

Not the form you are using as a subform, but the subform control on the main
form. Subforms are contained in a subform control. That is what you need to
modify, not the form being used as a subform.

Ah ha! You are the man Klatuu. You helped me on a previous problem so I
really appreciate it.
