Subfolders

On a different computer I created several subfolders and
had mail automatically sent to different subfolders. I
exported the file as a backup. When I installed Outlook
on a new computer only the Inbox appears, but if I look
at the "properties" of the Inbox folder it shows the
subfolders. I just don't know how to get at them. They
don't show up in the folders view. Anybody have any
ideas?

Are you using Outlook 2003? If so, make sure you're
in "Folder List" view, not "Mail" (default) view. The
Mail view only shows mail folders.

If that's not the problem, I would suggest that you make
a backup of your PST and run scanpst.exe on the affected
PST (C:\Program Files\Common Files\System\MAPI\1033
\ScanPST.exe)
