I posted this at the beginning of the month, but didn't get any responses. I'm hoping that someone might be able to point me in the direction of finding help or providing me with an answer.

I am running the Internet Mail mode of Outlook 2000 SR-1 9.0.0.3821 on a machine running Windows XP that is new to me. On my old machine that crashed back in January, I was able to not only create new Contacts, and Groups, but also subfolders. I can't seem to do that in this version.

Does anyone know how to go about creating subfolders within the general Contacts group?? I have far too many addresses now and it is getting just plain confusing. I've read past posts talking about going to Tools---Services, but I don't seem to have such an option within Outlook.

I hope someone can help. Feel free to post a reply or respond directly to (e-mail address removed)

Thank you in advance,
Steph
