Subfolder Heading

Let's say I have multiple subfolders created under contacts. I want to
print out a list of my contacts for a subfolder and have the subfolder name
show as a header in this list.

For example, under contacts I have a subfolder called "ClientA" with 10
contacts. When I print out the list of all contacts for the ClientA folder
I'd like the name of the subfolder (i.e. ClientA) to show on the top of the
page.

Is this possible?

Most of us would use a mail merge for this, and simply title the merge
document with the title you want.

That would be a good idea, yes - unfortunately this user wants the heading to
print directly in Outlook without the extra steps necessary for a mail merge.

I'm able to "workaround" it by changing the view to a phone list, adding the
all mail\in folder field and grouping the field. But I'd like to have the
heading print in the phone card view if possible...
