Subdividing a Project

Further to Subject - Project Preview of 12/5/2004.
I have converted all the appropriate files as suggested by John Kelly and
Graham Hughes and have had some improvement but still unable to save. I think
I have to resort to subdivide the project - which I'm dreading as I don't
want to lose what I've achieved so far. Have read PapJohn's Newsletter No 8
and can follow the gist but is there anywhere where I can get a detailed step
by step guide for this.

I'm not aware of any Denis... if you can describe the complexion of your
project in a post, maybe we can give you ideas.
