I am trying to create a number of sub reports, but the
names are linked when i run the report, ie the records
become duplicated. Is it possible to list a subreport
that does not link to the main report?
Any help thank you

Thanks for your reply. When i do this it still shows the
1st record in the main report and all records in the sub
report and keeps repeating. What have I done wrong?

Thank you again, but when i go to properties of the sub
report, nothing shows up relating to LinkMaster/LinkChild
values. When i created the subreport, I selected I would
define my own and left the fiels as None'
Getting frustrated & thanks

If you have an unlinked subreport, all the records will show unless you
limit them in some other way. Unlinked subreports are usually used when the
main report is unbound to any data.

By your description, it sounds as though you need to have the subreport
linked. Add the link fields (usually the same field that has the
relationship defined) back into the subreport.
