Sub Forms

I'm trying to create a questionnaire with subforms. I have the Main Form
(T_Mbr) and a subform (T_LoanData) connected by MbrID (autonbr). This works
create. Now I want to add a sub form to the loan form that will have all the
questions (30 questions). I also created a answer table to old the Question
ID and the LoanID.

When I add the question form to the loan form, the questions to do show up.
I added the form by dragging it onto the loandata form and connected with the
LoanID.
