sub-form question

I have a form that has a tab control with several tabs. On one of the
tabs, I
am trying to create a sub-form that is based on one of my tables.
When I
use the sub-form wizard to create the sub-form, it shows up in design
view
as a normal form-design would, so that I can move the fields around,
etc.
When I run it, however, it shows the subform up in datasheet mode, and
not at all like it looks like in design mode.

Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong, or why this is happening?

Thanks,

Mitch

Open the subform by itself in design view. Now open its property sheet. The
default view is listed as datasheet and you can change that to single form
(which is what you are seeing in design view, or continuous form. Experiment
with what you want and save it. When you open the main form, the subform
will retain the look and properties that you saved.

That was it. Thanks.
