Sub account on window mail

Have been trying to set up another e mail account on bt with windows mail.
Seems to be sending but not receiving. Any ideas what problem may be

Is the account set up as an alias of your first account, as many email
providers
tend to set up second accounts? If so, whoever downloads mail first after
it
arrives will get it.

Is this the bt you mentioned?

All POP3 mail goes into the same Inbox. What makes you think it is not
receiving? What error message do you get?
