While I am typing on the first line, the Styles stay as Normal. The moment
when I press Enter 2x then the Styles automatically change to Heading 1, why?

Yes, I've done it, but why is it doing it in the begining of each and every
page?
 
In Tools | AutoCorrect Options | AutoFormat As You Type, clear the check box
for "Define styles based on your formatting."
