Style Sheets and Themes

Using 2002, is it possible to apply a particular Style to a Theme? For
example, what steps would allow me to apply the Style Sheet, Downtown or
Neon, to the Poetic or Artsy Theme? Thanks for answering something I can't.

You can not apply a style sheet to a theme, you have to modify the style
sheet used by the theme, using the Modify Theme function and then save the
theme under a new name and re-apply.

Well, I sure wasn't doing that right.
