'Style' Info message when inserting sub documents into Mstr. Doc.

Word 2003. The following message pops up when inserting sub documents:

Style (Style Name) exists in both the subdocument you are adding (Name of
Sub) and the master document. Would you like to rename the style in the
subdocument?

Selecting Yes, does not insert the sub. and allows you to go work in the sub.
Selecting No, inserts the sub. Why would you not want to insert the sub
containing the same styles?
 
Because I could have a style in document 1 called body text. In document 1,
the body text is bold and italic, 14 pt. In document 2, my body text style
is not bold, not italic, and it's only 12 point. One must overwrite the
other. If you say "Yes", it stops to give you an opportunity to rename the
styles...
