IT STILL DOESN'T WORK!! WHY DOESN'T MICROSOFT AT LEAST
POST SOMETHING TO LET US KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON????

Have you consulted the Help available from that site? Your MSIE might be
misconfigured for updating.

Try accessing it from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com or through Internet
Explorer from Tools | Windows Update.
