Stupid question - any way to cut and paste between users on same pc?

I have a system with two users - one for me, and one for when I am
teaching .

Is there any way to cut and paste between users?

Also, is there any way to log the time spent between the two users?
Looking to log billable time...

Thanks for help and comments.

Save whatever file you are cutting/pasting into the Shared Documents
folder and it will be available to all users on the system. An example
would be a text file with notes. Depending on your business and how you
use those notes, you could even create an html file if you want the
ability to hyperlink. The key is to save whatever the file is in the
Shared Documents folder.

For your second question, you want to look for some program that keeps
track of your hours and then you can run it from whatever user account
you're in. Google for it. Since I don't know the complexity of your
business, here's an example search:

Hi Grov,

Here's one free program for your billable hours (I think it was item 3 in
Malke's suggested search:

Advanced Time Reports: Personal Edition v. 2.5.48

Thanks for replies - I'll give suggestions a spin.

I was hoping for something that would automatically log time spent
while a particular user was logged on....
