When I send an email with an attachment, the people that try to open them get
a message "not a supported file type or it wasn't correctly decoded" Is
there anything I can do from my end? Someone told me that the recipient had
to download something in order to open my attachments.

ampm,
If you recipient is using a mail application other than Outlook, such as
OutlookExpress, they cannot read the message if it is being sent using
OUTLOOK's Rich Text Format (*.rtf). You should send messages out in Plain
Text, unless you know that the recipient is using OUTLOOK.

Thanks for the suggestion. My question now is how do I change the format
from rich text to plain text? Thanks
