stuck need help

Think I scewed up my web.

I have borders in private folders; (I believe FP created
them initially as private)
I changed them to non-private now I have duplicates
Which one should I use? Thanks!

Shared Borders need to be in a _borders folder.

FrontPage physically replicates the top.htm page, the
left.htm page, and so forth into any other pages that use
Shared Borders. Therefore, visitors have no need to access
the _borders folder directly.
