Stuck in update loop

I seem to be stuck in a loop doing an update. The update is described as

Vulnerability in Microsoft Internet Information Services using Active Server
Pages Could Allow Remote Code Execution (917537)

Not long after the update finishes, the shield with the ! shows up again
with the same update. What do I do to get out of this loop?

Microsoft provides no support for OEM versions. You can't call them with a
problem, but instead have to get any needed support from your OEM; that
support may range anywhere between good and non-existent. Or you can get
support elsewhere, such as in these newsgroups.
