stuck in safe mode because of missing dll files

sorry if this the wrong place to post but idk im new to this forum, my comp
only starts in safe mode after my anti virus program(symantec antivirus)
deleted dll files A0070957.dll and A0066800.dll,if anyone could help it
would be greatly appreciated

How do you know the system is clean? Just because an AV program removed two
files doesn't mean the infection is removed. And even if the infection is
removed, that doesn't mean all the damage caused by it has been repaired.

After the system is clean if it still won't boot, do a repair install.
