?"Stuck in safe Mode?/ and unable to undo C partition

ThinkPad T30(3 years old) replaced hard drive with Western Digital, 60 Gig in
April, 2006

[please be gentle as I'm a nurse with no computer education]

Current problem: Can't get out of safe mode, can't un-partition C, I do not
have rescue
CD, Restore function disabled(did this per a friend who thought I had a
stubborn spybot or trojan) this is gonna' be a long night<argh>

-After loading webroot, lavasoft, wintask(and my playing around with which
processes to disable), it would only start in SafeMode

-Updated Bios

-Lost ability to F11 when I tried working on problem via this route.

-Startup now with full screen of partition commands and paths..

-Will only reboot in Safe Mode

-InstallShield is deactivated...

-I'm travelling and husband has rescue CD!<argh>

I've been to multiple sites for help and cannot seem to find the problem..

I've run AV, LavaSoft, Registry Mechanic(which found some funky keys that I
had it clean), I uninstalled WinTasks, LavaSoft, Webroot and reinstalled them

Ran TrojanHunter(negative), no virus found by Avast!, LavaSoft only found
traces

Help!...Please!..Thanks in advance..

Slow down and take a deep breath.

Have you tried "Last Known Good Configuration" from the boot menu?
What exactly are you expecting to happen by pressing the "F11 Key?
Turn it on, keep tapping the F8 Key till it comes to a boot menu, choose
Start with Last Known Good Cconfuiguration.
Does that bring it to a normal desktop?
