Stuck in 34 min loop

I need to format C from DOS as I'm stuck in XP Setup. I
cannot get out. Everytime I reboot, setup automatically
starts over, reaches the 34 minute point and reboots,
starting all over. Is ther a way I can format C from DOS?

You can reboot your machine with a Win98 boot disk
from www.bootdisk.com, then use fdisk.exe to delete
the partition that holds drive C:.
