stubborn autocomplete entry in the address bar

I have been trying to clear the autocomplete entries from
my address bar, but there is one entry that won't go
away. I have tried clearing history, resetting the
autocomplete, manually deleting the cached files, and
clearing the "TypedURLs" folder from the Registry Editor,
with no lock. Any suggestions?
 
Delete the History folder and index.dat:
