Hi!

Please can somebody show me how to string together this?

apple fruit
pear fruit
orange fruit

potato veg

pear fruit
plum furit

To become this

apple fruit
pear fruit
orange fruit apple pear orange

potato veg potato

pear fruit
plum furit pear plum

Thanks in advance

Assuming that "apple" "pear" and "orange" are in cells A1, A2 and A3,
respectiively, try =A1&" "&A2&" "&A3

This is a short form of the Concatenate function. Use the ampersand symbol
to "join" two cells together. To get the spaces between the words, join " "
to the cells, as well.

It sounds like you need to use the Concatenate function.

Try this in cell C3
=CONCATENATE(A1," ",A2," ",A3)

Good luck!
