Strikethrough row, don't want row to calculate the count?

I'm using the strikethrough function to mark/show a row has been
eliminated, but still need to see the content of the row. Don't want the qty
in the strikethrough row to be counted, how can I do this?
 
Where are you doing this? In a form? How are you applying "strikethrough"?
 
Here I thought that I was going to learn something new about the Access
database program and searched Help. However Strikethrough is something in
Word.
