Streaming Video

When in newsgroups and downloading a bunch of headers in order to COMBINE
AND DECODE..
Rather than holding down th CTRL key and clicking on each one with the left
mouse key , somebody told me i could hold down the SHIFT key and rake down
with the RIGHT mouse and all headers would light up rather than doing one at
a time....
of course i can't get it to work , anybody know what i am doing wrong , or
what is the correct way...

Click the first in the list and scroll down and click the last in the
list and it'll highlight them all.
