My Windows computer's taskbar has some strange behavior. When I have to close a program using Windows Task Manager, the taskbar and Start logo look as if they were in Safe Mode. What is going on?
Which program? Do you mean that explorer.exe refreshes, then all goes back
to normal? Which theme are you using? Safe mode generally looks larger,
what exactly are you calling seems like Safe Mode? If you have a screen
