strange tab screen

I'm not exactly sure, but I would assume you either opened your IE favorites
or you've gone into advertising and you're trying to get us to visit those
websites.
 
only one of those is a website the other 2 are programs i was running at the
time. It was like when you press alt+tab and can switch through programs, but
with a preview.
