Strange Problem HELP!

Every time I restart the laptop with Win XP Pro installed a Window Folder appears after logging on pointing to c:\Programe Files\Common\Bin, I have looked in the startup folder to see if anything is there and there isnt?? Can anyone help or offer a solution ?? Many Thanks in Advance!

Goto Start Menu\Run enter "msconfig". Form there you can check all of your
startup entries.
