Strange pop-up when using USB

Has anyone else had this happen yet? When I insert my USB jump drive, I get a
pop-up box with the header "Virus Protection By Scarecrow(TheMick). Then,
when the standard window opens that asks what I would like to do (i.e. copy
files, etc.) the same choice is listed at the top of the window. can anyone
shed some light on this. Do we have a new virus/threat/vulnerability out
there? Various anti-virus scans reveal nothing, and an internet search turned
up only one very vague mention of this with no follow-up to the situation.
Nothing appears to be wrong with the systems this has appeared on, but I am
concerned. Anyone have any ideas?

That header is associated with AutoClean and ComboKill, and these are
associated with the W32/KillBat-C worm:

I frequently start here:

Download, install, update and do a full scan with these free malware
detection programs:

Malwarebytes (MBAM): http://malwarebytes.org/
SUPERAntiSpyware: (SAS): http://www.superantispyware.com/

They can be uninstalled later if desired.
