Strange Outlook email delivery problem

We have one Outlook 2003 client that is not receiving emails from Exchange
5.5 until the user changes folders (moves from inbox to deleted items and
back, for example) in Outlook. Then all of the sudden all of her emails
will come flooding in. We have several clients and this is the only one
exhibiting this behavior.

Any ideas?
