Strange message re 'Office XP EULA'

I've asked about this in the an Office ng, but wonder if anyone here
can shed light please?

On a restart of my XP Home PC (after a momentary power failure) I just
had an unfamiliar window pop-up telling me I must accept the Office XP
EULA, or else blah blah. I don't *have* Office XP! FWIW, I have Office
2000 Premium, and Outlook 2002. I clicked Accept anyway, and the
window disappeared. Only to come up again on the next forced restart.
Any idea what this is about please?

Outlook 2002 is part of Office XP(outlook xp), hence the office xp eula. By
having office 2000 and outlook 2002 you have agreed to two different eula's.
Why it poped up I don't know. I would try a repair install of outlook
2002(xp).

Thanks, understood. Will do.

Office XP and Office 2002 are synonymous. Check k that it has been
activated/registered. In Word, take Help; About Word and note down the
Product number there. Then get on the net and use that number in Word's
Help - Activate Product. All you need to give by way of personal info
is the country.
