Strange Message on Shutdown...!

Sometimes I get an strange message while trying to shut down or reboot. The
message says that it is trying to shut down a program that does not appear in
the task manager.

The applications is "Event Viewer or Recieiver". You can view the message at:

http://artisgraphics.com/message

I want to know if anyone is watching me on a network or just what it is. Any
info on this matter will be appreciated.

You have an account at XP.COM? If not, then better to run
anti-virus, anti-trojan and anti-adware applications, to
remove any malware that may be connecting to XP.COM. If a
two-way firewall is installed, activate it.

Believe it or not, there is a website, http://www.xp.com/,
that is, according to its homepage, an "Internet business
incubator." GRider could be more paranoid than some of us.

I did not set up an account at xp.com. I run my anti-virus regularly, along
with SpyBot, and Ad-Aware, and nothing comes up. So, don't know what to do
about this.
